A WHO high-level regional meeting is being held in conjunction with the 10th anniversary of the signing of the Tallinn Charter. It will reaffirm the values embedded within the Charter, build on new opportunities, such as the Sustainable Development Goals, and provide a platform to reflect on progress in health systems strengthening.
