ESPN FC’s Craig Burley, Alejandro Moreno, Ian Darke and Dan Thomas discuss Frank Lampard’s lineup decisions after Chelsea’s 4-0 loss vs. Manchester United on his debut as the Blues’ manager. Former Chelsea and Man United manager Jose Mourinho criticized Lampard’s choices, but the FC crew are more sympathetic, given Chelsea’s injury issues at the moment. Burley points out Chelsea had a young team on the pitch and the veteran players need to hold themselves accountable, but he also says Lampard needs to get used to that kind of criticism.
