Uploaded using FlipShare. My thoughts on how the lottery is run. At 3:35 i make a blooper goof.. i say 250 million when i meant to say 250 thousand. i was tired because i had just gotten off of work. But this is how i feel about the lottery and how its corruptively run. No one should win anymore than 250,000..No one should win anymore than a quarter million.
