Dominator 3 intercepts tornado as it develops southwest of Tescott, KS, before maturing into a cone / stovepipe tornado and eventually an EF3 wedge. We aggressively attempted an intercept early because it appeared the tornado would "plant" west of our location, but then ejected to the northeast at 50 mph likely rotating around the east side of the mesocyclone before wedging out.
