Onion Paste- 4 big onions
Ginger&Garlic Paste - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder- 2tbsp
Kashmiri red Chilli powder-2tbsp
Shahi Garam Masala - 1tbsp
Black pepper Powder- 1/2 tbsp
Nutmeg Powder- 1tbsp
Crushed Mace - 1tbsp
Curd- 1 cup
Dalda- 1/2 cup
Poppy Seed Paste - 2tbsp
Cashew Paste - 2tbsp
Warm Milk- 1/2 cup
Saffron - 2 pinches
Salt - As per taste
Rose Water - 1/2 tbsp
Kewra Water - 1tsp
Mughlai Meetha Attar- 2drops
Ingredients needed for Cooking the Chaap:
White Oil- 3tbsp
Dalda- 1tbsp
Roasted Gram Flour/Besan - 1/2 cup
Ingredients needed for Biriyani Masala:
Cinnamon Stick - 2-3pcs
Black Cardamom- 2pods
Green Cardamom - 5-6 pods
Star Anis - 2pcs
Clove - 4-5pcs
Shahin Jeera - 1tbsp
Nutmeg Powder - 1tbsp
Black Pepperc orn - 7-8pcs
Ingredients needed for Biriyani Rice:
Soaked Basmati Rice - 400gm
Whole Spices - Same as Biriyani Masala
White Oil - 2tbsp
Salt - As per taste
Ingredients needed at the Layering Step:
Ghee-2tbsp
Biriyani Masala - 2tbsp
Saffron infused Warm Milk - 4tbsp
Boiled Egg - Optional
Boiled Potato - Optional
