5 pimientas gordas o de bola
1/3 de taza de vinagre de manzana o blanco
PARA LA SALSA
1/4 de cebolla
2 chiles jalapeños o cuaresmeños
2 ajos
3 chiles serranos
cilantro o perejil al gusto
7 tomatillo verdes
1 taza de agua o mas según requieras de flojita la salsa
1 cucharada de knorr de pollo
250 gramos de queso para fundir
sal al gusto
PARA LAS PAPAS
250 gramos de papas de cambray
60 gramos de mantequilla
albahaca al gusto
pimienta con limon al gusto
oregano al gusto
