25 Minute At Home Glute/Butt Workout | NO EQUIPMENT
Follow along with me for an at home workout that's really going fire up your glutes! With all of the gyms being shut down due to corona virus, I wanted to share one of my favorite lower body routines that will really target and tone your butt without the use of any equipment. However, feel free to advance this workout with some dumbbells/kettlebells if you need some added resistance. By the end of this workout, you should feel how well you can engage your glutes with higher reps and time under tension!
This is a foundational workout so you may want to pause the video to add reps/sets/exercises so that it works best for you!
