On Day 19 of the Happiness Challenge, Swami Mukundananda talks about the right mindset with which we should approach the problems and difficulties in our lives. Learning to Face Obstacles and Difficulties in life and not allowing them to rob our inner happiness is an important quality that will help us remain positive in all situations of life. When we put the problem in the proper perspective, we will find that the problem that we face isn’t as hard as our mind thinks it is. So put the problems in its proper perspective, gather the courage, enhance your inner strength and face it bravely. Problems are the way to progress, anticipate them, put them in place, solve it and move forward.
Happiness Challenges’ Activity on Day 19: Think about some of the problems you are facing. With a clear thought process ask yourself the question - Are they really big as your mind is making it? When you introspect closely, you will find that the problem you are facing is not as hard as you thought it was. Always put the problem in its proper perspective. Share your experiences on how it worked for you.
