Here is President Donald J Trump Presidential Motorcade making its way through the streets of New York City escorted by the United States Secret Service, NYPD, NYPD Highway Patrol and two FDNY EMS ambulances which makes me think he was with someone else that is really important because normally there is just one ambulance.
This was during the United Nations General Assembly in New York City so there was already a large amount of NYPD, Secret Service and other federal agencies operating it the city providing security to all of the worlds leaders that came to New York. This took place September 18th to 22nd 2017.
