2 意粉放鍋底, 放上, 洋蔥條, 車厘茄, 蒜頭片, 鹽, 糖, 辣椒碎 ,羅勒葉, 黑椒, 油,和水, 中火煮12分鐘, 稍為攪拌, 以免底部燒焦
