Semiconductor Diode is a electronic device formed by joining of a p type and n type semiconductor and is one of the most basic and fundamental elements in the field of electronics engineering.
It has a unique property to conduct current in one direction during forward bias operetion and behaves as a open circuit during reverse bias mode.
