1 tsp adrak lasan
1 tsp red mirch powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp haldi powder
Salt as required
1/2 cup imli paste or as required
1 tsp kasuri methi

For secret chole masala
2 tsp saunf
4-5 laung
1 /2 daalchini
1 tez patta
2 -3 hari elaichi
1 mace
