Antelope Canyon is located at Page, Arizona, USA. Antelope Canyon includes two separate scenic canyons: Upper Antelope Canyon(the crack) and Lower Antelope Canyon( the corkscrew). I visited the Upper, as the rains or drainage flows, it creates the crack in the middle, that is where we go inside the crack to view sunlight shining down.
It was formed by erosion of sedimentary layers formed over millions of years.
Geology type is sandstone.
Depth:about 120 feet (37 m)
Floor elevation:3,704 ft (1,129 m)
Different time of the day get different color and slightly angle also different color. Best time is noon where you get direct daylight from top.
