Valentine Cranberry Orange White Chocolate Blondies ~ Blondie Bar Dessert Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup fresh cranberries - cut larger ones in half
1/2 cup unsalted butter - room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking powder
zest of 1/2 orange or to taste
Valentine heart sprinkles - optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl add butter, granulated and brown sugar and
cream together.
Add egg, vanilla extract and milk and mix well.
Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until blended.
Add white chocolate chips, cranberries, orange zest and
Valentine heart sprinkles.
Mix well until incorporated.
Pour batter into lined and oiled baking dish and level off.
Sprinkle top with Valentine's sprinkles.
Bake at 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until top is
golden brown and toothpick in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let slightly cool, remove from dish
and let finish cooling on wire rack.
Enjoy.
