Onion = 1 medium size.
Garam Masala = Big Szie Elichi 2, Green Elichi 2, Long 6-7, Jayfal 1, Javetri 1.
Tej-Patta = 3
Salt = 3 and half table spoon.
Biryani Ke Liya Chahiye.
Basmati Rice (Kaccha) = 1 kg.
Ginger and Garlic Paste = 3 table spoon.
Dahi = half cup dahi.
Green Chili = 10-12
Biryani ka Achaar = 2 table spoon.
Orange Food Color = half tea spoon.
Tomato = 2
Garam Masala = Long 8-10, Elichi 6, Kali Mirch Half tea spoon.
Zeera = 1 tea spoon.
Onion = 1 big size fine chopped
Oil = 250 ml.
