Surgery for Entropion-trichiasis, using Fugo blade

The lid is everted with Desmarre retractor, full thickness incision in tarsal plate at sub-tarsal sulcus, undermining of the two sides of the cut tarsal plate, suturing with 5 zero absorbable suture in a key pattern.
