Hey guys please enjoy my first episode of Relentless. Chicago Marathon is 4 weeks away and I take you inside my training, my mindset, and what building towards this race means to me. You'll see a workout I did 6 weeks out, 5 x 2 mile repeats with 800m jog rest. The workout was at 6800ft and my goal pace was 5:35 per mile, so 11:10 for the 2 mile repeats.
