A quick trip through the hospital later, and it's time to meet Lisa. Sadly, she's going to bear the worst of our attempts to be unfriendly. This includes purposefully giving her the wrong medicine. From what I've read, this is the single most important thing you can do to lower your friendliness. As I've found out though, it's still not a be-all end-all guarantee... Yeah, at this point, I played ahead to see if I was on track for the ending I'm after, and... nope. Oh man complicated games.
