CAPITAL DELUGE : MLA CHANGES BUT NOT PANAJI'S FATE_Prudent Media Goa Video

The people of Panaji had to face a lot of difficulty getting from one place to another as major locations in Panaji like Caranzelim, Mala and 18 June road were flooded on Friday afternoon after a little downpour.
The water level reached so high, that it even entered into the shops and houses of people.
Even though the place was flooded; people had some fun after they caught a big fish on 18 June road
While inspecting the flooded sites in Panaji , MLA Babush Monserrate has stated that he has inherited a white elephant. He has also stated that there is no coordination between various agencies which are currently doing works in Panaji.
Stating that people will have to face the problem this monsoon, Babush has assures to have the infrastructure in place by next monsoon.
He has informed that Panaji will be completely different next year.
