[INGREDIENTS]

To make Puri:

- 1 Cup Sooji/Rava/Semolina
- 1/4 Cup Maida/plain flour
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Normal water as required to make tight dough

To make Teekha/ Spicy Pani:

- 1 Litre Chilled water
- 1 Tsp hing
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp black salt
- 1/2 Cup pudina/mint leaves
- 1/2 Cup dhaniya/coriander leaves
- 2 Green chillies
- 1/2 Inch ginger
- 2 Tsp Lemon juice


To make Imli/ Meetha pani:

- 1 Cup(100 gm) Imli/ Tamarind
- 3 Cup water
- 1 Cup gudh/ jagerry
- 1 Tsp red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp roasted jeera (cumin) powder
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp Black salt

For Stuffing:
- 3-4 Medium boiled potato
- 1-2 Medium chopped onions
- 5-6 Boiled green chilli
- 1/2 Cup boiled dried peas
- 1/2 Cup boiled dried chana
- 1/2 Cup boiled dried moong
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black salt
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp roasted jeera (cumin) powder
