Growing 3 Types of Fingerling Potatoes

I am growing 3 different types of fingerling potatoes: Yellow, Red, and Purple fingerling potatoes. Make sure to use loose soil with lots of compost to grow potatoes. It takes 3 months to grow potatoes. The bounty of fingerling potatoes is absolutely amazing! I also made roasted smash potatoes from the newly harvested potatoes from my backyard.
