During one of my two week waits (TWW) I thought sharing my story was the most productive way to pass the time. The baby that I miscarried was due on November 18. He's in heaven now, my angel baby. Hopefully soon I'll have my take home baby #THB

I've spent a lot time researching and preparing my body. COQ10? Check! DHEA? Check! Restorative yoga? Check! Acupuncture? Check! My FSH has decreased. Woo-whoo. My AFC has increased. Woo-whoo. I am 100% in tune with my body and my cycle. I am in love with myself and nurturing the soil which will hopefully soon grown a new soul. I can see myself holding my new baby. This is not a journey for the faint of heart.
