糖 ¼tsp Sugar
鹽 1/16tsp Salt
胡椒粉 1/4tsp Ground White Pepper
油 適量 Cooking Oil
紹興酒 1tsp Shaoxing Wine
粟粉 1/4tsp Corn Starch

米線 100g Rice Vermicelli
竹笙 3g Bamboo Fungus
韮菜 10g Chinese Chives
芽菜 30g Bean Sprouts

豬骨湯 200g Pork Bone Broth
水 300g Water
腐皮 10g Todu Skin
辣椒 ½ Chilli
白醋 1tbsp Vinegar
鹽 3g Salt
糖 3g Sugar
雞粉 1/2 tsp
淡奶 1tsp
------------------------------------------------------------
1.雞腿肉切條加入糖,鹽,胡椒粉,油,紹興酒,粟粉拌勻備用
2.竹笙,腐皮用熱水浸軟,辣椒切粒
3.豬骨湯加水加入腐皮辣椒煮15分鐘
4.加入白醋,鹽,糖,雞粉,淡奶
5.米線煮約8分鐘後過冷河備用
6.豬骨湯加入雞肉,米線,竹笙,韮菜,芽菜煮熟
7.完成
