乾檬粉 200g Bun Tuoi
青瓜 1/2pcs Cucumber
生菜 2pcs Lettuce
紅蘿蔔 1/2pcs Carrot
炸乾蔥 10g Fried Shallot
扎肉 100g Vietnamese Sausage

蔥 50g Shallot
鹽 2g Salt
油 25g Cooking Oil

魚露 25g Fish Sauce
辣椒 4g Chilli
椰糖 30g Coconut Sugar
青檸汁 15g Lime Juice
蒜頭 2pcs Garlic
水 40g Water

1.用滾水把檬粉煮至軟身,撈起過冷河,備用。另外,先切需要扎肉的份量,煮熟後才切成薄片。
2.把生菜、青瓜、紅蘿蔔切成絲,備用。
3.調味汁做法:把青檸榨汁,加入魚露、椰糖、水和辣椒,把蒜頭去衣去頭切碎,用攪拌機均勻攪拌材料,冷藏備用。
4.蔥油做法:適量蔥洗淨切粒加入少許鹽拌勻,倒入熟的熱油拌勻即成。
5.把檬粉放在碗內,加上適量的生菜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、蔥油、扎肉、炸乾蔥和醬汁,撈匀便可食用。
