【茶餐廳】蕃茄牛肉通粉 [Eng Sub] Video

食譜：
牛肉 150g Beef
生抽 1tsp Soy sauce
糖 1/2tsp Sugar
生粉 1 tsp Corn starch
水 30ml Water
生油 1tsp Oil
胡椒粉 少許 White pepper ground

通粉 150g Macaroni
蕃茄 2pcs tomato
洋蔥 1/2pcs onion
水 600ml water
茄膏 15g tomato paste
雞粉 1tsp
鹽 3g salt
糖 3tsp sugar
黑椒 black pepper

1.牛肉切片加入醃料醃30分鐘
2.洋蔥切粒炒香加入茄膏略炒
3.加水加蕃茄及調味煮30分鐘
4.通粉依包裝指示煮熟
5.將通粉及牛肉加入煮滾
6.完成
