Healthy, Crispy, Flakey Lachha Paratha Recipe. Lachha paratha is commonly found as a street food. A paratha is a flatbread that originated in the north of the Indian Subcontinent. Also known as parantha, forota ,parauntha, prontha, parontay and porota. Main ingredients are Maida, ghee with various stuffings. If You use butter it will be more crispy and flakey.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
some flour for dusting
oil for cooking
1 tbsp butter for the glaze
