Runaway Railroad Car!! Moving Cars Out Of Storage To Access It! Video

Home
Railway car runs away on unused railway track. Rail cars rolls on old unused Norfolk Southern Railroad railroad tracks. Hoodlums uncoupled and released a 2 month old tank car that had been in short term storage on the Peavine at the end of active track. It rolled about a mile down the out of service section east of Seaman Ohio and derailed remaining upright on the track. It derailed at a point where the angle bar had been removed to prevent entry. It rolled about 500 feet after derailing and damaged the track all the way until it stopped. The derailing car caused the rails to slightly roll over in several long areas. Cincinnati East Terminal Railway came out lite with 2 locomotives to remove all the tank cars that were stored on the main at Seaman and took them to Batavia. They had to move them in order to get access to the tank car after it is rerailed. A crew showed up to jack the car up and put it back on the track. They could not highrail their trucks due to the condition of the track. I videoed the tank car and then I videoed the 56 tank cars being removed. This line is closed at MP62.2 and the car stopped at about MP63. The car crossed 3 roads and was the first train movement over those 3 roads since April 24, 2014 when Norfolk Southern ran their final train. See my videos of the final train. Run away rail car filmed January 25, 2016. Also, do the rate, comment and subscribe thing! Most importantly, to see more great videos like this one, please SUBSCRIBE TO JAWTOOTH!!

About the Site 🌐

This site provides links to random videos hosted at YouTube, with the emphasis on random. πŸŽ₯

Origins of the Idea 🌱

The original idea for this site stemmed from the need to benchmark the popularity of a video against the general population of YouTube videos. 🧠

Challenges Faced πŸ€”

Obtaining a large sample of videos was crucial for accurate ranking, but YouTube lacks a direct method to gather random video IDs.

Even searching for random strings on YouTube doesn't yield truly random results, complicating the process further. πŸ”

Creating Truly Random Links πŸ› οΈ

The YouTube API offers additional functions enabling the discovery of more random videos. Through inventive techniques and a touch of space-time manipulation, we've achieved a process yielding nearly 100% random links to YouTube videos.

About YouTube πŸ“Ί

YouTube, an American video-sharing website based in San Bruno, California, offers a diverse range of user-generated and corporate media content. 🌟

Content and Users 🎡

Users can upload, view, rate, share, and comment on videos, with content spanning video clips, music videos, live streams, and more.

While most content is uploaded by individuals, media corporations like CBS and the BBC also contribute. Unregistered users can watch videos, while registered users enjoy additional privileges such as uploading unlimited videos and adding comments.

Monetization and Impact πŸ€‘

YouTube and creators earn revenue through Google AdSense, with most videos free to view. Premium channels and subscription services like YouTube Music and YouTube Premium offer ad-free streaming.

As of February 2017, over 400 hours of content were uploaded to YouTube every minute, with the site ranking as the second-most popular globally. By May 2019, this figure exceeded 500 hours per minute. πŸ“ˆ
