Butter Chicken Masala
===================
Marinate the chicken by adding Curd,Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder,Coriander,Powder,Cumin Powder, Ginger-Garlic Paste and Salt for min 2hours.In a pan Fry Onion and Tomato together, cool it down to room temp,make a paste out of it and add the paste to the marinated chicken and keep it for min half and hour. Now add white oil to the pan add the marinated chicken and slow cook it, stir the chicken occasionally. Cook until chicken gets boiled and spices loses rawness and oil comes to the surface, now add dry kasuri methi and cook for another five minutes.
Switch off the gas, add fresh cream on top , give it a good mix and your Butter chicken masala is ready.Give the preparation good half and hour of standing time before you serve.
