Many people were a bit a confused about why anger would be a good thing, and I respect this confusion, but it's important to read the entire article so you can learn why anger as an emotion is healthy, whereas not learning how to process and integrate this high emotional energy will create the bad stuff that is hate, violence, crime etc. I've written about this concept in greater depth in the article below.
