Trading without discipline generally ends up in loss or damage to our trading account. We are trying to combat that by trading with better emotional control. OK.
Frustration and anger - there is a potential trigger for these emotions like missing a move, taking a stop or missing a fill...etc
Recognising -
Physical clues - tensing muscles, gritting teeth, pounding desk...
Mental clues - looking for another trade immediately, flipping bias, focusing on the depth of the market
Eliminating
Which market conditions 'annoy you'. This can be an easy fix if you hate choppy markets for instance (simply avoid trading during these market conditions)
How many losses or what size of loss 'annoys you'? If you experience a string of losers you might really get annoyed.
