今回は、『Shrimp gratin-エビグラタン-』です♪
ホワイトの材料は・・バター・小麦粉・牛乳・塩・胡椒です。
作り方のポイントは、材料を炒めた後、バター、溶けたら小麦粉を全体になじませ、牛乳を入れます。
少しだまになっても、綺麗に溶けるのでご安心を♪
直接材料に入れ、フライパン一つで出来るのでとっても簡単です。

It is "Shrimp gratin- prawns gratin -" this time ♪
The materials of the white are butter, wheat flour, milk, salt, pepper.
After having fried materials, the point of how to make lets wheat flour adjust to the whole if butter melts and pours milk.
Because even if become some lumps, melt neatly; relief ♪
