If you have a mobile app idea, the first thing you might want to do is hire a mobile app development agency. If you had unlimited cash on hand, that might be a reasonable choice. But since most people don't, chances are that you will have to find more conservative or resourceful ways to get your mobile app idea developed.
Before spending a lot of money getting your mobile application idea developed, consider whether you can learn how to make apps. It will be very difficult, but you will learn a valuable skill and the whole process won't cost you any money.
In my opinion, many people have mobile app ideas for a cool Android app or an iPhone app, but before you start working on your idea, try to foresee the future a little bit and see if you will be able to get people to use it and to make money from it.
