2 su bardağı esmer ince bulgur
2 su bardağı kaynar su
1 adet büyük boy soğan
2 diş sarımsak
Yarım çay bardağı isot
1 yemek kaşığı kırmızı biber
1 tatlı kaşığı karabiber
1 tatlı kaşığı toz kırmızı biber
1 yemek kaşığı nar ekşisi
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
3 yemek kaşığı salça
Yarım limon
Hazırlanışı;
1.Karıştırma kabına 2 su bardağı sıcak suyla ıslatıp 5 dakika beklettiğimiz 2 su bardağı esmer ince bulgurumuzu alalım.
2.Daha sonra rendeleyip suyunu süzdüğümüz 1 adet soğan ve rendelenmiş 2 diş sarımsağı ilave edelim.
3.1 yemek kaşığı nar ekşisi,1 çay bardağı sıvıyağ,3 yemek kaşığı salça,yarım limon suyu,yarım çay bardağı veya acı seviyorsanız biraz daha fazla isot,1 yemek kaşığı kırmızı pulbiber,1 tatlı kaşığı karabiber,1 tatlı kaşığı toz kırmızı biberi ilave edip karıştıralım.
4.Daha sonra blendırla yukardan aşağıya doğru bastırarak iyice karıştıralım.
5.Ardından yoğuralım.
6.Son olarak şekil vererek servis tabağına alalım.
