वैसे तो HDFC एटीएम पर 24 घंटे पैसे निकालने की सुविधा देता है। अगर आप भी बिना एटीएम के पैसे निकालना चाहते हैं, तो इसके लिए ग्राहकों को बेनेफिश्यरी का चयन करना होगा। एचडीएफसी नेट बैंकिंग पर जाकर फंड ट्रांस्फर के विकल्प का चयन करने के बाद ग्राहक रिक्वेस्ट पर जाकर बेनेफिश्यरी को चुन सकते हैं। यहां अपनी जानकारी डालने के बाद कंफर्म पर

इसके बाद आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर एक वन टाइम पासवर्ड (OTP) आएगा, जिसे डालने के बाद बेनेफिश्यरी के चयन करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाएगी। बेनेफिश्यरी के पास 4 digit का ओटीपी और 9 digit की ऑर्डर आईडी आएगी। एचडीएफसी बैंक के एटीम पर यह ओटीपी और आईडी डालकर ग्राहक पैसों की निकासी कर सकते हैं। बता दें कि यह सुविधा एचडीएफसी के सभी एटीएम पर उपलब्ध है।

The user needs to add a beneficiary in NetBanking before initiating the request.

How to add a beneficiary –

Request
Click on 'Add a beneficiary'
Enter the details and click on 'Continue'
Reconfirm the details and click on 'Confirm'
Enter OTP received on your mobile number to complete adding of beneficiary
Note:

The beneficiary will be activated only after 30 minutes of cooling period ,due to security reasons
A maximum of 7 beneficiaries can be added ,modified,deleted in a period of 24 hours.

Cardless cash withdrawal request can be initiated for a minimum of Rs.100 per transaction and upto a maximum of Rs.10,000 per day or Rs.25,000 per month for a beneficiary

A successful cardless cash withdrawal request will be valid for a period of 24 hours from the time of creation of request. After expiry of 24 hours, the request will be reversed to the initiators account which was debited
