Email marketing is a must in my opinion for any online business regardless of what you promote. There may be some confusion on exactly what email marketing is and why you should incorporate it into your business so in this video I will elaborate on these items.
Email marketing is essentially sending email messages to your list of subscribers with the intent to sell, promote, inform, educate your subscribers on a particular product or service.
But if you ask me, the most important reason why I include email marketing in my business is for the followup.
It wont take you long if not already to realize that follow up is one of the biggest factors to sales and signups in your business.
Why?
Because most people do not buy on the first exposure. So because it takes on average more than 5 exposures before at least 60% of people finally make a purchase decision, followup with those leads is critical to your profits.

And email marketing is one of the best ways to follow up with a large group of people all at one time.
Don't be fooled by the gurus who say email marketing is dead and nobody opens their emails.
If done right, you will have alot of your leads opening up your emails and responding to you after your initial exposure.
In fact that is the whole point of email marketing.
To generate a lead and develop a relationship over time that positions you as a trust worthy resource that your prospects will eventually feel comfortable enough to buy from.
