Ginisang Repolyo Sa Giniling na baboy (Sauteed Cabbage in Ground Pork)
Ginisang Repolyo is a simple and easy vegetable recipe that anyone can enjoy. Usually when we don’t know what to cook and we’re out of budget for the month ginisang repolyo is our savior.
You can choose any meat you want to add to this dish. You can put giniling na baboy(ground pork), pork slices, shrimp, chicken or just the cabbage is enough. You can also add carrots to your dish especially to make it look appetizing. Best serve with steamed rice.

Ginisang Repolyo Sa Giniling Na Baboy Recipe
Ingredients
2 pcs. of tomatoes, chopped
1 cabbage, chopped
2 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrots, sliced
¼ kilo ground pork
2 pork cubes (you also use chicken cube)
Ground black pepper
4 cups water
Cooking oil
Procedure
1. Heat oil in a wok and saute onions, garlic. Then add tomatoes and cook until it softens and juice comes out.
2. Add the ground pork and cook until color turn slightly brown. Add carrots and cook 3-4 minutes.
3. Add pork or chicken cubes. And season with ground black pepper. Stir.
4. Ad the cabbage and stir. Add water and put another pork or chicken cubes and season again with ground black pepper. You also use fish sauce or salt to season.
5. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 minute. Serve with steamed rice.
