Thick less sour curd - 3 tbsp
Egg white -of one egg
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Ghee - quarter a cup, softened
Butter - 1 tbsp, softened

For sugar syrup
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - 1 cup
Cardamom - 2 ns
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
