Ingredients:
Oil- 20 ml
Mustard Seeds- 1 Tsp
Chana Dal- 2 Tsp
Urad Dal- 2 Tsp
Green Chilli- 1
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves- 8
Onion- 1
Salt
Turmeric Powder- 1 Tsp
Boiled Peas- 10 Gms
Boiled Potatoes- 3
Coriander- 5 Gms
Dosa Batter
Ghee- 1 Tsp
Podi Chutney- 1 Tbsp
Coconut Chutney

Method:
Take a pan, add oil to it.
Add the chana dal, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves.
Add the onion and salt to taste and give it all a good mix
Add in the turmeric powder and stir.
Add in the peas and boiled potato.
Add the chopped coriander and mix.
Now on a flat pan pour the dosa batter and spread it with the back of the spoon.
Add the ghee to the middle and spread it around. Take a spoon of the podi chutney and spread it on the dosa.
Now add the masala from before and spread it.
Fold in the dosa from the sides. Serve hot with chutney.
