이번 ASMR 영상은 직접만든 터키쉬딜라이트 리얼사운드 먹방 ASMR 이에요! 로쿰이라고도 이야기하고 나니아연대기에도 나온 영화속 그 디저트! 나니아 연대기에서 가족과 맞바꿨죠? 근데 저는 그렇게 맛있지는...너무 달았어요ㅠㅠ 그리고 총 두번 영상을 찍었는데 첫번째 영상에서는 숨소리가 너무 심하게 들려서 한번 더 촬영을 했어요! 두번째 만들때는 설탕량을 반으로 줄여서 만들었는데 그래도 많이 달더라구요. 여러분이 만들어볼때는 조금 더 설탕을 줄이셔도 괜찮을거같아요!

재료 : 크랜베리 주스 or 망고 주스 80g
가루 젤라틴 16g
옥수수전분 65g+물 80g
설탕 200g+물 240ml
올리고당 2Ts
바닐라익스트랙
식용색소
슈가파우더
저는 크랜베리와 망고주스로 각각 만들었습니다.
1. 주스에 젤라틴을 넣어 불린다.
2. 다른용기에 전분과 물을 넣고 잘 섞어준다.
3. 굳혀 줄 용기에 기름을 바르거나 기름을 바른 뒤 슈가파우더를 뿌린다.
4. 설탕과 물 물엿을 잘 섞어서 120도까지끓인다.
(끓었을때 큰 기포가 점점 작아지고 작은 기포가 생기면 그때가 약 120도 정도)
5. 다 끓었으면 불을 약불로 줄이고 전분물을 넣고 섞는다.
6. 불을 끈 뒤 불려둔 젤라틴을 넣고 섞는다.
7. 마지막으로 색소와 바닐라익스트랙2ts을 넣어준다.
8. 틀에붓고 실온에 5시간정도 냅둔다.
9. 다 굳으면 바닥에 슈가파우더 넉넉히 뿌리고 터키쉬딜라이트 위에도 뿌리고 슈가파우더를 묻혀가며 랩을제거해준다.
