雞腿 300g Chicken Thigh
花雕酒 15g Huadiao Wine
生抽 5g Soy Sauce
麻油 10g Sesame Oil
薑 2pcs Ginger
蒜蓉 1pc Garlic
杞子 3g Wolfberries
當歸 2g Chinese Angelica
桂圓 5g Longan Aril
生抽 5g Soy Sauce
鹽 1/4 tsp Salt
水 500ml Water
花雕酒 120ml Huadiao Wine
即食麵 1-2 Instant noodles

---------------------------------------------------------
1. 花雕酒, 生抽, 雞件混合醃15分鐘
2. 麻油加薑, 蒜蓉, 煎至金黃色
3. 加入雞件, 炒至表面變色
4. 加入生抽, 糖, 鹽, 花雕, 大火煮滾
5. 加入杞子, 當歸, 桂圓, 水, 中火煮15分鐘
6. 最後加入公仔麵, 食用前加入1tsp 花雕, 增加香味
