Patates Böreği Tarifi İçin Malzemeler
4 adet patates
3 adet yumurta
1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
1 kase yoğurt
1 su bardağı elenmiş un
1 paket kabartma tozu
Tuz, karabiber ve pul biber
Hazırlanışı;
1.Böreğimizin iç harcı için uygun bir kapta 3 adet yumurtayı çırpalım.
2.Daha sonra 1 çay bardağı sıvıyağ,1 kase yoğurt,1 su bardağı elenmiş un,1 paket kabartma tozu,tuz,karabiber ve pulbiber ilave edip karıştıralım.
3.Harcımız hazır.
4.4 adet patatesi yarım ay şeklinde doğrayalım.
5.Yağlanmış fırın kabımıza patateslerimizi yerleştirelim.
6.Üzerlerine hazırlamış olduğumuz harcımızı dökelim.
7.Üzerine dilimlediğimiz patatesleri yerleştirelim.
8.Önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında 40-45 dk pişirelim.
9.İster kahvaltı sofralarınız için isterse çay saatleriniz için deneyebileceğiniz patates böreğimiz servise hazır.
