HOMEMADE PIZZA! SUPER YUMMY AT LAMBOT NG CRUST! Video

Pizza is a savory dish of Italian origin, but various countries has its own version. Here in the Philippines we love putting different toppings on it. Some people loves thin crust and some are hand-tossed. I prefer hand-tossed crust dough because dough is kneaded and stretched to your preferred size. I'd like to share my own version of homemade pizza that will definitely gain you weight. 😅 Kidding! Hope you can try this delicious, soft to bite and crusty on the outside homemade pizza.

FOR THE DOUGH
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp instant yeast
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
1 cup warm water, not boiling or the yeast will not activate preventing the dough to rise.

FOR THE TOPPINGS
1 250 grams bacon, sliced
1 small can mushroom, sliced
1 large white onion
1 pack quickmelt
1 piece bell pepper, julliene cut
1 small pack pizza sauce
basil and dried oregano, optional
