YouTubeの再生ボタンのトマトジュレのサラダを作ってみました。みためもおもしろいですが美味しい創作料理のレシピです。思いついた料理に挑戦してみましたが成功しました。
□トマト300gを切って煮詰めて、ザルで皮とタネを取り除いてトマトピューレを作る。トマトピューレの量を計る。
□ゼラチン５gに25gの冷水を入れておく
□あらかじめ量を計ったトマトピューレとコンソメスープが合わさって200mlになる程度のコンソメスープをトマトピュレーの中に入れる。塩を少々入れる。
□トマトピューレの中にゼラチンを入れて混ぜる。さらに氷を入れたボウルに入れて冷やしながら混ぜる。トロトロしてきたら型に流し込み冷蔵庫で５０分冷やして固める。再生ボタンの形にチーズを切り取る
□固まったトマトジュレにチーズ、トマト、きゅうり、バジル、コショウを盛り付けて完成。
型の容量によって作る量が変わるのであらかじめ型に水を入れて入る量を測った方がいいです。
