I am happy to share with you my longest, epic paragliding flight. I was in the air for 2,5 hours and I flew 74 km altogether. I started around noon and hit some big thermal pockets and I could reach high enough to play around trying to fly in different directions, checking up the lift and the topography of the mountain.
At some point, I lost a lot of altitude and I was in lee for a while, thinking that I will have to land due to the extreme altitude loss. After that, I hit another nice thermal and had the luck to stay another hour in the air.
