How can I be obstructing justice when there is no justice to enforce? The prosecutor said, "to continue prosecution of this case will not further the ends of justice." He has made it clear that this was a false arrest.

I was placed in jail for 4 days, and $360 was stolen from me by the Boise County Sheriff Department. The Sheriff argued that the case, State of Idaho vs Godwin 1991 gives police the power to DEMAND your ID whenever they feel like. However, the Sheriff misinterpreted this law.
