Hazırlanışı;
Pirinci bol su ile yıkayın.
20 dk kadar tuzlu ve ılık suda bekletin ve sonra suyunu süzün. Tencerede tereyağını eritip suyu süzülmüş pirinci ekleyin ve kavurun.
Pirinçler birbirine yapışmaya başladığında kaynamış su veya et suyunu, tuzu ekleyin ve önce yüksek sonra kısık ateşte pilavın üzeri delik delik oluncaya kadar pişirin.
10-15 dk dinlendirin, tahta kaşık ile karıştırdıktan sonra servis yapabilirsiniz.
