Hi foodies.. welcome back to Ayesha's kitchen. Bird's nest baklava is one of my favorite sweets recipes which I love to make when i have guests. It is such an easy sweet recipe and it tastes amazingly delicious too. This melt in mouth sweet has a crispy crust and that looks like a Bird's nest. Recently I have shared spicy Bird's best recipe made with potato chicken which is served especially for iftar during ramadan. But this sweet Bird's nest is entirely different from the spicy one. The dough used for making this sweet is kataifi dough which is used for making kunafa /konafa the popular Arab sweet. Moreover this sweet calls for handy ingredients. Nowadays kataifi dough is also readily available around the globe. Many of my viewers had equested me to share the details regarding the kunafa dough ( kataifi dough). It is easily available in middle eastern grocery freezer section. In kerala , this dough is available in many groceries in malapuram dt ( especially in kottakkal).
