Pizza Bread Roll
This pizza bread roll recipe is easy yet delicious. You can serve this as finger food for parties or as afternoon snack for the kids and the whole family. My version has pineapple chunks, it’s like the Hawaiian pizza style which I know is everyone favorite. It’s best to serve it while it’s still hot.
Pizza Bread Roll Recipe (Hawaiian Pizza)
Ingredients
12 pcs Sliced Bread
CDO Sweet Ham, slice
Cheddar Cheese, slice
Green bell pepper, slice
Pineapple chunks
1 small onion, minced
1 small pack spaghetti sauce sweet style or you can use regular tomato sauce
2 eggs, beaten
Bread crumbs
Cooking oil
Procedure
1. Flatten each piece of bread using rolling pin, drinking glass or any improvised rolling pin.
2. Spread the spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce on the bread.
3. Put ham, cheese, green bell pepper, pineapple chunks and a bit of onion.
4. Then roll the slice bread carefully but be sure its tight.
5. Dip the roll bread to the beaten egg and cover with bread crumbs.
6. Fry the roll bread until golden brown. Drain using paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot.
