2 barras de chocolate (semidulce 4oz c/u) 1/2 taza de agua (para el chocolate)
2 tazas de harina todo usos/250g
1 cucharita de bicarbonato de sodio(baking soda)
1/4 de cucharita de sal
1 taza de mantequilla (2 barritas de 113g c/u)sin sal
2 tazas de azucar/420g
4 huevos grandes separados
1 cucharita de extracto de vanilla
1 taza de leche o buttermilk(1 taza de leche + 3 cucharas de vinagre blanco)
1/2 cucharita de cremor tartaro o 1 cucharita de vinagre blanco de cosina esto es para que se mantengan levantadas las claras(opcional)
Cubierta:
4 yemas de huevo
1 lata de leche clavel/evaporada (12 oz)
1 y 1/2 cucharita de vainilla
1 y 1/2 taza de azucar 315g (recomiendo usar solo 1 taza /210g si no te gusta muy dulce )
1 y 1/2 barra de mantequilla sin sal (3/4 taza o 170g)
2 y 1/2 taza de coco rallado puedes usar dulce o sin dulce depende tu gusto.
1 y 1/2 taza de nuez picada en trozos chicos
1 pizca de sal.
