Direction and ingredients for Sel Roti: #तिहार Special:
Grind the soaked rice
Add 1 cup sugar (you can adjust sugar to your taste)
Add ½ tsp cardamom and cloves powder
Add 3 tbsp ghee
Add water, as needed.
Cover the lid and keep batter for 4-5 hours
After 4-5 hours, add little bit warm water to thin the batter
To make sel roti, cut the top part of a mineral water bottle, if you don’t want to use hand or other utensils
Add 1-liter oil for frying
